We work hard to keep everything as simple and as hassle-free as possible for you, and that includes our booking terms and conditions. 

Our booking terms

Once we’ve chatted about your requirements, we create your event proposal. The proposal details each element of your event and the event cost. This might simply be one of our team building challenges run from your venue, or a complete programme with elements such as transport, venue, experiences, dining or accommodation. 

Contract and confirmation
Once you are completely happy with the proposal, we send the final event document and our contract detailing any specific terms and conditions. We then invoice for a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. Once the deposit is recieved we invoice for the outstanding balance which should be settled 10 working days before the event. With short lead-time events we can be a bit more flexible, dealing with payment terms on a case-by-case basis. 

Bank transfer, cheque or card
Our preferred method of payment is electronic bank transfer. Our bank transfer details are on our invoices. Many clients pay by cheque, made payable to Amazing Days Scotland, sent to the Glasgow office address below.

We also have credit card facilities and are happy to take card payments, but due to the large average size of transactions we must pass on the card fees to the client, typically 2.95%, but this varies from card to card (detailed on your invoice).  We process transactions instantly with you over the telephone through our streamline terminal. We never store credit card details.

Cancellation policy
If the client cancels more than 10 working days before the event a refund will be made, less the 30% non-refundable deposit. If the client cancels within 10 working days of the event, we are unable to offer any refund. 

Adverse weather policy
Many Amazing Days events have elements that may be restricted by severe weather. Our event partners deliver many of these activities and are highly qualified and highly experienced. If we, or one of our event partners, decides to cancel an element of an event due to severe weather, a refund for that part of the event will be made, less 30% to cover administration costs. If the client decides to cancel the event because the weather is poor, we offer no refund.

If Amazing Days Scotland cancels an event for any reason other than adverse weather a full refund will be made.
