This superb event is featured in both "Team Building" and "Reward and Entertain" because as well as being excellent for team building, it's such a fantastic experience that it makes a brilliant reward event too, especially when we tweak the Island Challenges making them a little more luxurious, or a little more high-impact!

Teams are each equipped with a Speedboat (or two for larger teams) and Qualified Skippers/Tour Guides. Each team must visit 3 secluded beaches on private Islands around the loch where they much compete in challenges, for team building we use our physical and mental team challenges, but for corporate entertainment and team reward days, we like to get super creative with brilliant experiences at each check point.

This event can be adapted to suit a wide range of budgets. At the check points we can include anything from our Team Challenges, to Helicopter Castle Hunting! Things which work well are Archery and Rifles, Clay Pigeon Shooting, Mini Highland Games, Interactive Falconry, Giant Jenga, Island Treasure Hunt and lots more!

It's all about chatting with you and creating the best event which will appeal most to your group within your budget. Below is a movie we made in summer 2011 with a corporate incentive group who did our Speedboat Challenge as part of their program. This was an all singing all dancing version with the Helicopter Castle Hunting!
