For the purposes of Terms and Conditions, the combined elements of the Amazing Days package are simply referred to as the package. Due to the complex nature of developing packages with multiple providers of experience and dining, Amazing Days Scotland maintains a set procedure for dealing with enquiries and bookings:

Provisional Booking

For enquiries made more than 7 days prior to the date of the package, provisional bookings will be held for up to 48hrs. For enquiries made within 7 days, no provisional bookings can be made.

Confirmation of Booking, and Payment

Booking is confirmed on receipt of a minimum 25% of the overall package price. Credit Card details are then held as security but no further money will be charged until the day of the package. Corporate Clients should discuss payment terms with your Amazing Days Event Manager.

Adverse Weather Policy

Amazing Days Scotland uses third party providers of experience. Many experiences are weather dependant and operate at the sole discretion of the experience provider. In the event of cancellation due to adverse weather, a choice of alternative experiences and sightseeing options will be available. If the chosen experience costs less than the cancelled experience the difference will be refunded. If none of the other experiences are desirable to the party a refund will be made for the cancelled experience. No refund will be available for other parts of the package (transport, meals etc).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48hrs before the event will forfeit their deposit. Cancellations made within 48hrs will forfeit the price of the package. In the unlikely event of Amazing Days Scotland making a cancellation, for any reason other than adverse weather, a full refund will be made.
