Amazing Days has been running the Monthly Team Awards programme for Sykes’ Edinburgh based Samsung Customer Contact Centre for over a year, with great success. The highest performing team of the month wins an Amazing Days package – having a choice of three different events every month.

The incentive programme has been designed to increase performance and to raise the motivation and morale of the workforce. The team reward days also serve as a teambuilding exercise, giving the winning team the opportunity to bond away from the workplace, giving them something to enthuse and reminisce over for weeks to come.

The monthly prize is a full package, with collection by luxury Mercedes people carriers and Amazing Days Event Coordinators. Packages always include an exciting day away, with one of our fantastic experiences and some excellent dining. The drinks coolers in the vehicles are stacked up with complimentary drinks, so when the experiences are over the guys can relax and enjoy some complimentary drinks – this is always very well received!
